Delivery Time
Orders placed and paid in full until 6 PM of the day will be delivered on the next day between 3 PM to 8 PM.
We will inform customers via email or phone call exact time of the delivery before despatching the order.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that the ordered product(s) is in stock and available for delivery.
If your ordered product is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your product(s) are available for delivery (within 1 business day), we will process the charges and submit the order for delivery.
We reserve all rights at any time, to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason whatsoever after receiving the order. We may require additional information to verify the details before accepting any order. In the event of a sale, the customer is responsible for accurately providing the recipient’s name and shipping address. You agree that, if KanpurBakers cancels all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either that:
(1) KanpurBakers will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the canceled portion (if your account card has already been charged for the order) or
(2) KanpurBakers will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the canceled portion of the order
Order Delivery:
If your product(s) is in stock and we process the charges to your Credit/Debit Card, it will ship within a business day from the date of your order. We will send you delivery information within 24 hours of your order. Cancellations & Refunds:
KanpurBakers do not allow any returns. However, in case of a wrong or a damaged product(s) has been delivered, do let us know at the earliest.

(1) Unsuccessful delivery because customer entered the wrong address

(4) Product was damaged because of the improper handling
(5) Online refunds will be credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once payment is processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account
